Yes it's a good option for pcm student if you are interested in Human Resources. After you finish your bachelor's degree, you can go for MBA IN HUMAN RESOURCES too . A bachelor's degree is must in order to become an HR. Some employers require a master's degree. Degrees are usually in human resources management, business administration or a related field. You may also need up to five years of experience. Certification is available but it is voluntary.
