Hello. I am listing the documents along with size that are important here:-

1) Photograph = 10 to 200 kb

2) Post card size photo = 50 to 300 kb

3) Signature = 4 to 30 kb

4) Left hand thumb impression = 10 to 50 kb

5) Class X Passing Certificate = 100 to 400 kb

Hello Aspirant,

It seems that you want to ask about NEET 2021 application form so let me make you clear that it is not released yet, so we can guide you according to previous year's process for NEET 2020 application form.

If we go through previous year's application process then you need the following document and images which are to be uploaded on NEET portal :-

  • Passport Photograph: It must be passport size with a white background having the name of the candidate and date of photograph at bottom of the image. Size of the file should be in the range of 10 KB to 200 KB in JPEG format.
  • Signature: This must be done with a black ink pen on a white paper and should be scanned to a file with size of 4 KB to 30 KB in JPG format.
  • Class 10 certificate: The scanned image of the the certificate should be in JPG format and the size of the image should be in between the range of 100 KB to 300 KB.
  • Left-hand thumb impression: Candidates must upload a digital image of left-hand thumb impression on a white paper with blue ink in JPG format and the size should be in between the range of10 KB and 50 KB.
  • Postcard size photo: Apart from the passport size photo, candidates are required to upload postcard size photograph in JPG format with size between 50KB and 300 KB.

Dear Student,

In filling of NEET application form there are basically 5 steps.

  • Registration
  • Filling basic details
  • Uploading documents
  • Making payment
  • Printing confirmation page

In the registration step you are on a page displaying all the instructions with a agree button on the botton of page. Read the instructions and click on apply online.

On the next page you have to fill your basic details like name, mother’s name, father’s name, gender, date of birth, category, nationality, state, identity type, ID proof number, valid mobile number, and email ID. Your details must match with class 10th documents.

Now on the next pages you have to fill some extra additional information like choice of exam centres etc.

Below I am listing the documents that are needed to be uploaded in NEET application form.

  • You need to upload a passport size photograph with white background and your name and date mentioned below it.
  • You need to upload your signature with white background and signed with black pen.
  • You need to upload your left hand thumb inpression , with blue ink on white paper.
  • You need to upload scanned image of class 10th certificate.
