You can go in manufacturing field also

After completing Mechanical Engineering course you can go for campus placements or can opt for government jobs based on GATE score or any entrance exam. There is good scope for Mechanical Engineering and good jobs are available. Can get both core and software jobs through Mechanical Engineering by having basics of Programming Languages.
