The browser settings are as follows:

1) open the settings page

2) locate the privacy section and choose bthe content settings

3) In content settings overlay ensures that which of the options are correct:

Cookies- allow the local data to be set

Javascript - allow the sites to run javascript

Popup- allows the sites to run popups.
