• The intermediate or equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
• AP EAMCET hall ticket 2020
• Income certificate

• Study/Bonafide Certificate from class III to X and Intermediate (10+2)
• PH/NCC/CAP/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if belong to any reserved category)
• Transfer certificate
• Receipt of certificates at Help-line Centres after verification.
• Residence certificate of either of the parents

• APEAMCET rank cards, score card and payment reciept
• identity proof
• 10th 12th score sheet
• caste and income certificate ( if you belong to any reserved category)
• domicile certificate and migration certificate.
