HS - Home State :- Under home state quote, the seats are reserved for students on their state of eligibility ( That is the state from which the students has completed Class 11th and 12th 

OS - Other State :- Under this quota the seats are reserved for students other than Home State.

HS-Home state i.e. If you are looking for cutoffs of Bihar then HS mean if you belong to Bihar or if it is OS-Other State then the person who doesn't belong to that state
