Chance of getting call letter from PSU is less with this score but you can apply for PSUs as cutoff score of each PSU depends upon number of seats available in PSU.Yiu can secure seats in old IITs or in top ranked NITs for Mtech program.To know which colleges you may get with this score visit given below link:
