For more detailed information, please visit the official website of that particular exam. It will be verified details. I will suggest you focus only on 1-2 Engineering Exams. The maximum you can go is 3, but try not to cross that limit. Always give JEE Mains as it will give you All India Admission Exposure(99% colleges accept their rank)and to get State quota Advantage to give your own state level exam. It will help you to get your home state colleges because only 10% reservation seat is there for JEE Ranks. Besides, if you want to join any particular University and if that university has its own admission test and will help you to get all the facilities possible, then give that also. All the exams are the same in syllabus except few things. So be prepared to give your best.

Best Wishes,
