ITM back Mumbai is decent in placements. It is not 100% but somehow near that only & it depends on how you perform in the interview. 

It is good for the sales profile job. 

If you don't have any option to get into the top tier 1 then definitely can consider this option quite decent.

Also check whether the internship fee is excluded or inclusive in the overall fee, as the fee is quite high . Now the placement scenerio is changing there  as the companies are  giving preference to the candidates who are from marketing profile. So Do consider that. 

It is not so good in the placements for PGDM in finance as compare to the top B Schools. But as it provides you internships so you can definitely give your best , they have tie ups with renowned banks ( ICICI, MAHINDRA, HSBC etc) .

However I will suggest try to connect with the present students studying there to get a present picture .
