The accomodation charges of JKLU are quite high. The charges are based on the type of room you choose, for AC room, the charges are around 60,500, where as for non-AC room, the charges are around 54,200. For more information regarding hostel charges, you may head over to the below link.

Apart from the hostel charges they will also be adding a utillity charge, as well as mess charge.
