There are a whole lot of dofferent career options after 12th. Since you havent mentioned yoir particular stream, I have provided a general list of courses for all streams.
Science related - Btech/BE, barch, Mbbs, Bds, Bsc etc.
Commerce related- Bcom, Bba, Bms etc
Humanities related - Ba, journalism (Bjmc), B.lib, Llb (law) etc.
