Hi
As per the past year trends you need to get over 140 marks to be able to get a percentile above 97. Also you need to atleast get over 10 percent in every subject to pass the exam for general category.
I would recommend you to get over 180 to be able to have a better chance at getting seats in nits,iiits and gfits.
These trends change every year and depends on the complexity of the exam and no. Of aspirants etc.

It would be a little unfair to predict percentile, based on marks in 2021 JEE Mains. Based on previous years' trend, for 97 percentile, your score should be in the range 110-130.

The percentile depends upon the paper's difficulty level, and the number of candidates appears for the exam.
