I would suggest you to first get done with the KVPY Chapterwise Syllabus from your respective JEE/NEET Reference Textbooks. Once ready with syllabus covered, you may follow the KVPY Guides and Arihant/Resonance KVPY Solved Papers/Chapterwise Solved Questions Books available on Amazon. You may parallely opt for some good KVPY Test Series Online, preferably from Allen or Resonance and attend/analyse all tests seriously.
