Hii, well as per my opinion there are only government college who don't take donation.Well if u go at private college they take good amount of donation.If I talk about in the field of engineering if u have good marks in entrance exam jee main then u get government college but as well u can also get admission in private college without any donations.Mostly donation apply in direct admission.Good Luck.Hope,u do good in future.
