Unfortunately Varagani Naveen Kumar you have a low percentile on both MAT and CAT exam which won't fetch you any top b-school. Your expectations are good but if you really want it to get complete you will actually need to again give exam because with these marks you will able to get colleges which will get you an average package of 4-4.5 lakhs per annum.

I would strongly recommend you to either work on your mistakes and sit in the MAT' Feb exam, get a good score to get admission in a good college or if you have a chance then take a whole year rest work on your basics and then next year crack CAT with a very good percentile so that you can achieve your ambition.
