Hello radhika,
After JEE mains, state entrance exam also provide you the best govt engineering college.
If you belong to UP then UPSEE is best for you to get top govt engineering college.
MHTCET, WBJEE, AEEE etc.
You can also try in SRM UNIVERSITY, UPES petroleum college. Indraprastha University etc.
