The best college will undoubtedly will be BITS, Pilani. For some of the streams it is even better than IITs.

The other BITS campus, especially BITS, Goa is even good.

BIT,Mesra and IIIT, Hyderabad is good for engineering education.

R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore is the best among all of the ones under COMEDK.

Manipal and VIT are also coming up to be good college.
