As you haven't mentioned your college neither the counselling you are going to attend so I'm providing the list of common documents below for any of the counselling:

• Admit card 
• Score card 
• Marksheet and Certificate of 10th exam 
• Marksheet and Certificate of 12th exam 
• Proof of date of birth 
• Photo identity card wither aadhar card or pan card 
• Category certificate 
• Domicile certificate

Last institute leaving certificate 

• Character certificate
• Any proof for fees submission in case you have done it. 
• Medical certificate 
• Bank account details 
• Demand dread if required 
• Photographs 

Make sure you have Xerox of all these done already.
