Yes, Sure you can join part time post graduation in your desire field. However, Not all college or university allow for part time or private mode of education. Because post graduation is all about in death knowledge of subjects and their application. So you cant gain in depth knowledge without giving proper time to your course. So, join if you can give regular time to your studies either part time or full time.
