What are the chances of growth and pay scale in DRDO, ISRO, and BARC of an employee recruited through GATE (Chemical Engineering) .

The salaries also depend upon the profile and the designation he/she joins in. The packages vary in all PSUs.

The initial pay one can expect is minimum 50k rest depends on your profile. Some extra facilities provided are Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance, House Rent Allowance etc.
