Hi The colleges for MHT CET have been divided into 6 regions namely - Amravati, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik and Pune. You will have to select your choice of college during MHT CET counselling, which you will be able to attend only if you qualify in the entrance exam. Amravati has total 99 institutes or colleges participating in MHT CET. Aurangabad has total 219 collegews which are a part of MHT CET. Mumbai has 265 MHT CET colleges. Nagpur has 233 institutes offering admission to MHT CET qualified candidates. Nashik has 280 colleges for pursuing B.Tech programmes through MHT CET. Pune has 519 colleges that offer admission to their B.Tech programmes to MHT CET qualified candidates. Maharashtra is a huge state so naturally there will be a number of engineering institutes which will be providing admissions through MHT CET. Government colleges, Universities, Government aided private colleges and private unaided colleges of Maharashtra are all involved in MHT CET examination.
