Also the Passport size photograph

should be in JPEG/JPG/GIF/PNG format and

3.5X4.5 cm

Signature should be in

JPEG/JPG/GIF/PNG format

6X3 cm

Left-hand thumb impression-JPEG/JPG/GIF/PNG
