BITS is one of the best private engineering institution of our country and it's cutoff is also high,  the cutoff for all its three campus are different from each other.

The cutoff fir BITS pilani is highest,  you need to score a minimum of 300 to get into BITS Pilani,  to get a good branch,  you need to score 330.
For BITS Goa,  the cutoff is 280.
For BITS hyderabad,  the cutoff is 270, for the good branch you need a minimum of 300 marks.

As per last year cutoffs,

To get into pilani campus for B.E./BTech programs  the cut off scores are generally above 290.

For Goa campus the cut offs are around 275.

For Hyderabad the  cutoffs are around 270.
