As per NEET question papers, every chapter is very important.But do or chapters in Biology ;are Genetics,Human physiology and plant physiology,Cell unit of life like every thing is important.Coming to chemistry: Chemical bonding, thermodynamics, equilibrium,blocks, organic chemistry etc... coming to physics: motion in one dimension,semi conductor,atoms, gravitation,wave optics, thermal properties of matter...like this every chapter is very important,but these are do or die topics.All the best for your preparation.
