Documents to be submitted at the time of Counseling

• 10 ^th and 12 ^th level Marksheet and Pass certificate
• Residence Certificate
• Counselling Call letter
• Photocopy of CENTAC 2021 Application form
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Photo id proof
• Scorecard/Rank card
• Birth Certificate/SSLC ABD Matriculation Mark sheet as Age Proof
• Nationality Certificate (if applicable)
• HSC or equivalent exam Mark Sheet
• Community certificate (if applicable)
• Residence Certificate (if applicable)
• Nativity Certificate (if applicable)
• SSLC/Matriculation Examination Marks Sheet
• Acknowledgement Card (Self-addressed and affixed with a stamp of Rs 6)
• Recent passport color photograph pasted in the specified place on the Application Form
• JEE Main Hall ticket and scorecard (Only in case of other State/UTs Candidates)

In addition to the above documents, Puducherry candidates also need to enclose the following documents.

• Permanent Integrated Certificate (if applicable)
• Special category certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of registration for French Nationals of Indian origin (if applicable)

CENTAC 2021 Admit Card

Applicants will have to carry the card along with them in the exam hall else, entry will not be given. Admit card has all the details of the student, photograph, signature, address of the examination centre, date and time on which the examination will take place and other important instructions.
