Candidates will need the details of Class 10 and Class 12 marks while filling JIPMER application. Besides that, they will be required to upload a recent, coloured, passport size photograph and signature during application process. The specifications and instructions of photograph and signature to be uploaded is as given below:

Signature: Sign on white paper with black ball point pen. Save file as ‘Candidate Signature.jpg’; Dimension: 30 x 45 mm; Size: 20kb to 200kb; Format: JPG

Photograph: Recent, coloured, passport size with placard indicating candidate’s name and date on which photo was taken. Save file as ‘Candidate Photograph.jpg; Dimension: 80 x 35 mm; Size: 20kb to 200kb; Format: JPG
