Hello,

Documents required at counselling process is given below

  • Provisional seat allotment letter
  • Xth Board Marksheet
  • Xth Board Hall ticket/admit card
  • Xth Board passing certificate
  • XIIth Board Marksheet
  • XIIth Board Admit Card
  • XIIth Board passing certificate
  • NEET UG Admit Card
  • Domicile residential certificate in case of state counseling
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Income certificate( if applicable)
  • Passport size photographs same as uploaded  in NEET form
  • School leaving certificate
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • PwD certificate (if applicable)
  • Set of photo copies of all documents

Some helpful hints:-

  • The process may take for a whole day so be prepared.(as the pandemic situation demands )
  • At least 25 copies of passport-size photographs should be kept.
  • All papers must be self-certified.
  • Always have important stationary items like pen, gum etc
