Mrutunjay; you need to upload following documents for filling neet application form :-

• Your passport size photograph:- It should be coloured and its background should be white , with name and date of taking the photograph, no with cap or goggles, 80% face coverage should be there in the photo, ears clearly visible.

• Postcard size picture:- It must be taken on or after 1st September 2019, preferably with name and date of taking the photograph , you should not be wearing cap or goggles in the photograph.

• Signature:- Your signature should be with back pen on white Background with black pen, in running hand writing .

• Left-hand thumb impression:- Your thumb impression should be with blue ink on white paper

• Class 10 passing certificate :- You should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading .
