The candidate should be
1. A citizen of India , a subject of Bhutan ,a subject of Nepal , a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962

2. Age limit : the candidate should be between the age of 20 to 27 years

3. Educational qualification : candidates possessing an engineering degree or in their final year are eligible if the clear the cutoff
