Hope you are doing great ! There are a lot of exams of engineering other than jee ,you can try them also , here are some of them ;-

BITSAT, SRMJEEE, COMEDK, VITEEE, MHT CET etc.

Also wbjee ,one of the favourite exam of students because after cracking it ,you can pursue engineering at a very low cost from jadavpur university ,west bengal ,but no centre is there of exam other than west bengal ,you have to go there to give this exam
