You can get admission in engineering courses through national level or university level entrances exams.Various universities conduct seperate university entrance exams through which admissions are done. So, the top universites in Delhi are:

IIT Delhi

Delhi Technological University

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

In the above mentioned colleges, the admission process happens only through JEE Mains. So for getting an admission into b.tech coleeges of Delhi you need to get good marks in JEE Mains. And for getting amission in IIT, you need to qualify JEE mains and then depending on your ranking you will be able to select the course that you want.

Hello Neena. I would like to tell you that most of the colleges in Delhi accepts JEE MAINS. If you have scored good marks in mains, then it becomes easier for you to get admission in a good college. There are state level universities also such as IPU where it conducts its own entrance exam to get admission on rank basis.
