Following are career options after BBA:

You can choose to do an MBA and go into finance/consulting/operations.

You can choose entrepreneurship and found a company of your own.

You can work in public/private sector banks.

You can take exams like the UPSC and work in the government sector.

Your job definitely depends on how hard you study. Most B schools take into account your CGPA, as do companies coming for placements at your college. High CGPA also gives you an edge in independent interviews. Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to study hard.
