It is the same with Ausralia too. European Countries have different rules set for employment opportunities of Non European nationals. So in order to get a job, you should be exceptionally talented. There are always consultancies which offer paid services. You can always approach them or you can always directly apply on their official website. You will need a H1B visa to work in USA and your employees might or might not sponsor you. Having said the truth, Germany is the destination for all Mechanical Engineers. BMW, Volkswagen and Benz have their plants set up there making it the best country for opportunities in Mechanical Engineering.
