After completing the training of three years, you become a commissioned army officer. You are appointed as the Lieutenant in the respective cadre. A candidate is given choice whether he wants to join Air Force/Naval Academy/Military Academy. The interview is conducted based on that. Like, for Air force, in place of SSB, AFSB is conducted and for military SSB is conducted. It can also vary based on the merit in the final selection list. As a candidate gets into a government job, he can get a starting of 50,00-55,000 along with other allowances as per the cadre.
