In order to get a job in the IT sector you should have good grasp over atleast two programming languages. Along with this if yoou should also have a basic idea of subjects that are taught to CSE students. ALong with this if you are focussing on product-based companies then you should also have a good grasp of data structures and algorithms. Also your communication skills should be very good.
