Unlike MCAT which has been created by the Association of American Medical Colleges, Europe doesn't have an entrance examination. Europe is a Continent and has quite a few countries in it. So there might be University specific entrance exams but not at Country level. Europe as a Continent to allow Non European Country candidates to either pursue a course or work there requires the local language proficiency and then accepts TOEFL and IELTS scores. Countries like Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Finland are famous for studying MBBS. If you look at Country level examinations, here you go:
TestAS is accepted. This is a central standardalised aptitude test for Foreign Students mostly those coming from Non European Countries like India.
French language Tests, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL
NEET score is considered
Bio Medical Admission Test
There will be few Universities that conduct entrance examination but most Public Universities which offer MBBS as a course do not conduct any entrance exam but NEET score is considered to be mandatory. Which means that if you want to study MBBS in Europe or any foreign country for that matter, you have to qualify in NEET.
