Greetings! 

The applicants who will be appearing for the aiims ug entrance  exam must have the minimum percentage in the qualifying examination. For General and OBC Candidates, minimum 60% has to be scored by the candidate and for SC/ST/PWBD minimum 50% has to be scored.

So , you need to score 60% in your 12th board exam to be eligible for aiims ug entrance exam.
