Considering that you want to know the minimum marks in ICAR AIEEA UG exam  for getting a,seat in government colleges , then i would like to tell you that cutoffs are different for different years. But on the basis of previous year cutoffs , being an ST candidate ,you need a minjmum of 400 marks to get admission in good government colleges. Well , you can also expect admission with 300 marks. But to be on a safer side , try to score above 400.
