For JEE Main 2019, the cut offs are in percentile :
Common Rank List - 89.7548849
GEN-EWS- 78.2174869
OBC NCL- 74.3166557
SC- 54.0128155
ST- 44.3345172
PwD- 0.11371730

In terms of marks:
CRL- 74
OBC NCL- 45
SC- 29
ST- 24
PwD: -35

JEE Advanced cut offs can not be decided as of now, but based on the current trends it's believed to be around 35% for General, 31% for OBC NCL, 17% for SC and ST. Please note that these are the minimum percentage of marks needed to clear JEE Advanced. Percentage and percentiles are two different things.

How much should I score in jee mains from gen category to get placement with cs...?

Hello Siddharth, every college has different cut off for each course. If you are aiming for top NITs, a score of 200-230+ can get you a seat un CS (ideally). At 180-195, you can get mid tier NITs. For Private colleges accepting JEE main scores, 130+ should do you good. But then again, cut off varies every year. So, try and visit official websites of the colleges you want the cut offs for. Hope this helps.
