According to NCERT the chapter under modern physics  which are in NEET Syllabus are as follows

•    Dual nature of radiation and matter.

•    Atoms.

•    Nuclei.

•    Semiconductor electronic.

There's no chapter of moder physics in class 11 , chapters under modern physics are there only in class 12 which are listed below :-

• Dual nature of radiation and matter.

• Atoms and Nuclei

• Semiconductors and electronic devices.

Communication system ,( communication system is although a part of modern physics and is in class 12 but it is not included in NEET syllabus, so you don't need to read it for neet examination )

Modern physics is the most important when it comes to physics for neet examination as it has the highest weight age i.e 18 % , chapters wise weightage for modern physics is given below:-

• Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation :- 6 % weightage
• Atoms & Nuclei :- 3 % weightage
• Electronic Devices, semiconductor :- 9 % weightage
