All the chapters carry some weightage as they are asked in one way or other. There are some chapters in each section that carry more weightage than others. You should analyse the pattern from past papers.

Physics - Rotation, Mechanics, Modern Physics, electromagnetics. You can skip chapters like unit and dimensions, alternating current.

Chemistry - Equilibrium, Thermodynamics, electrochemistry, Redox Reactions, s and p block elements, organic chemistry. You can skip solid state and surface chemistry.

Mathematics - Conic Section, Calculus, Vectors, Probability. You should not skip any topic here as the questions are blended using the concepts of several topics.
