See there are 2 options you can do after 10th
1. Higher studies
2. Job opportunities
Higher studies include intermediate that means 11vnth and 12th standard ,you can have a diploma as well right after your 10nth in any of the field you want, you can have short term courses which are basically job oriented course these are mainly of 6 months to 1 years .
Job opportunities include qualifying the competitive exam like defence examinations - Indian army , India defence and Indian navy
There are still many more options for that you can go for

You need to be sure of your calling and act accordingly. The best thing is to complete your 12th from a recognized board in the stream of your choice. If you want to go for Engineering or Medical,then go for science. If you want to go for business related field then take up commerce or else Arts. You can also go for various Diploma courses after 10th.

It depends on your interest & capability which stream you want to choose. After 10th, the options to get a head in your study are Commerce, Science, Arts/ humanities.

Commerce: The course is related to trade & business.

Science: This course has two options Engineering (PCM) & Medical (PCB).

Arts/ Humanities: The course deals with a very wide range of courses such as History, Geography, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, languages, Human Resources, journalism etc.
