Apart from chemical engineering, nuclear chemistry and bio chemistry there is biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical chemistry, Industrial chemistry, environmental chemistry and medicinal chemistry. Most of these subjects comes under research so finding a college offering a UG course in them will be an uphill task. It is better to pursue UG in chemistry and do PG and doctoral in any of these subjects. Almost all the institutes of national importance like BHU, IITs offer Ph.D in them so instead of paying to study them you'll get paid. But please keep in mind the opportunities in this field are very less so you need to give more than 100% to get into it.
