Hello Asad,

Diploma Colleges don't provide free seats. You have to pay some fees while taking admission to the diploma college whether it could be Government/Private. Different schemes are available for the students who have scored good marks. For e.g. TFWS(Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) where tuition fee is waived. The rest of the fees should be paid by the candidate. Scholarships are also available for students.
