The qualifying marks for JEE main is not fixed and it keeps on changing because there is variation in the difficulty level  however as per the previous years Trends out of 360 marks if a student from SC category score 50 marks then he is able to qualify the exam but from this year onwards the exam will be in different slots and there will be two exams so based on the   two scores who appear for both the best of the two normalised score said be counted so this year there may be variation so before the exam it is not possible to tell you the marks.

The qualifying marks in JEE Mains for the SC category in 2018 was 32 marks which was later revised to 29 marks. Hence, upon considering the previous year qualifying marks for SC category you would require a minimum score of marks atleast in this rang in order to qualify JEE Mains.
