The following are required in order to successfully register for CPCT:

1. Photograph: A recent photograph of 80 kB size maximum and should be uploaded in JPEG/GIF/JPG format.

2. Signature: It should be signed using a black ballpoint pen and must be of 80 kB size maximum. It can be uploaded only in JPEG or JPG format.

3. Higher secondary mark sheet: A scanned copy of the higher secondary mark sheet needs to be uploaded as well. It should be of 150 kB size maximum and must only be in PDF, JPEG, or JPG format.

4. Registration fees: A total sum of Rs. 660 should be paid as the registration fee, in order to appear for the examination. This amount is non-refundable.
