Hello dear!
The eligibility conditions of this course state that the candidate should pass senior secondary examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects.

For most of the institutions, the preferred mode for admission is entrance exam.

The candidates who have appeared in senior secondary examination and are waiting their results are allowed to apply for this course as the commonly preferred admission mode is entrance exam.
The route to this course is through entrance exam. The most common entrance exam that is required for this course is JEE test. Other than JEE, some institutes may conduct their own tests and take admission on the basis of scores of the tests. Some of such tests are SRMJEEE and COMEDK.

There are some institutions which take students through direct entry. Amity Institute of Nano Technology is one of such institutes. They require the candidate to score a minimum of 60% in class X and XII with a score of minimum 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

Good luck...
