Hello candidate,

The semantic barrier of communication refers to mis interpretation or misunderstanding of words or signals which are sent from one communicated to another which makes the message completely different. The best way to overcome such barriers is to have a clear precision and similar thought process while communication.

Plastic barrier of communication refers two difference in the native language, which means that both the communicators do not have a common language to interact. A way to overcome such problem is to have a a common language find out a communicator who is well into both the languages.

Hope it was helpful!!
