Hello Aspirant!

I am mentioning the names of few books that are going to help you in KPSC preparations.

For History:

Samagra Bharatha by K. Sadashiv
Karnataka History by Suryanath Kamath
Modern Indian History by Bipin Chandra (Translated by HS Gopal Rao)

For Geography:

Karnataka, Indian, Human, Physical Geography by Dr Ranganath

For Environment and Ecology:

V. Bairappa (IRS) Jice Publication
Dr Ranganath and VS SomaShekar

For Polity:

PS GangadharKM Suresh For Internal Relations:
N Hallappa Magazines:
Spardha Vijetha Monthly Magazine
Gnana Sadhana

Apart from the books above, there are recommended KAS preparation material such as:

Budget and Economic Survey.
State Board books.
NCERT books are strongly recommended for civil service examinations.
For English medium candidates, the KAS books are the standard UPSC reference books such as Bipin Chandra, Laxmikanth, Ramesh Singh etc. and the NCERT books/notes mentioned above.
