Things which should be carried in NIFT exam are:

Test-takers are required to carry their own stationary items to the NIFT exam centre. Those appearing for B.F.Tech. admissions need to carry following-

• Pencil

• Eraser

• Ballpoint pen

Candidates appearing for B.Des. admissions should carry following items with them-

• Eraser

• Ruler 

• Sharpener

• Lead pencils (of varying grades)

• Ball point pen (for marking answers in the OMR sheet)

• Dry colours (oil pastels/colour pencils/sketch pens, etc.)

Wrist Watch- Carrying an accurate wrist watch for the exam is recommended as this will help in ensuring that the candidate sticks to the time strategy devised by him/her before attempting the test paper. However, it has to be ensured that the watch doesn’t have any calculator because it is not allowed.

“Mobiles and other infotech gadgets are not allowed inside the examination centre. Candidates found with mobile or other infotech gadgets will be asked to leave the examination centre and shall be disqualified”, informs the official website of NIFT.
